What does AI automation cost?
A production AI project with us runs between €2,500 and €15,000 net depending on scope — as a fixed price, agreed before work starts. A complete assistant that answers questions from your own documents costs around €7,800 net and is in production in roughly ten weeks. What you pay depends on scope we agree up front, not on hours.
We publish prices because the question is fair, and because you need an answer before you can get budget approved internally. The ranges below are guide figures for each scope, not a quote. The price becomes binding after scoping, and then it genuinely is fixed.

What moves the price
How many edge cases there are
One document type in a stable layout is quick. Forty suppliers with forty invoice layouts is a different project — the exceptions are the work, not the happy path.
What it has to plug into
A system with a documented API is connected inside a week. A legacy application with no interface costs time before the first line of business logic exists.
Where your data is allowed to live
An EU API model is the cheapest route. If the model has to run on your own hardware because the data cannot leave the building, setup and operations are added.
How accurate it has to be
"A person checks the output" is far cheaper than "this runs unattended." The difference is evaluation, fallbacks and monitoring — and we quantify it before the build, not after.

When we advise against it
If a process costs twenty minutes three times a year, no automation pays for itself — we say so in the first call and send no proposal. A project that doesn't carry its own cost damages us more than the lost order does.
