This website can be used without providing personal data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information in server log files (e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access, IP address). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.

If you contact us by email, phone or via the project form, the data you provide (name, company, contact details, content of your message) is stored for the purpose of handling your inquiry and possible follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). Form submissions are delivered to us by email via our processor Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.); an order-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place, and any related transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) c GDPR). We delete inquiry data once it is no longer needed to handle your request, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. This data is not shared for other purposes without your consent.

This website does not set analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Only essential settings are stored locally in your browser: your chosen theme (light/dark) and whether you have closed the cookie notice. These settings contain no personal data and are not transmitted to us.
